The cutwork tablecloth and the porcelain teapot are in my special collection of linens and porcelain. One of these days I will paint roses on the teapot, fire it, and have another piece of hand-painted china. Working with white on white makes a good study of lights and shadows. Many paintings, not yet done, are in my mind, including more with lace and cutwork linens.
